Mr. Graganella has over twenty years of experience guiding all levels and strategic decisions for a variety of insurance companies. His business skills coupled with legal expertise have resulted in recognition as an influential leader within the insurance industry. He has spent considerable time working with hurricane modeling and reinsurance brokers. Mr. Graganella has developed insurance products and rates in response to current market conditions. He has proven creativity in developing business and legal strategies to gain and sustain a competitive advantage. Mr. Graganella will direct and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures.

Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and CFO - Keith Martin

Mr. Martin has over thirty years of diverse experience in the accounting field with over twenty-five years of executive experience in the property and casualty and life Insurance arenas. He has expertise in all aspects of statutory and GAAP accounting, with attendant regulatory responsibilities. Mr. Martin will direct the activities of the accounting department to assure proper accounting of all of the financial transactions of the company statutory account principals (SAP), supervises the preparation, compilation and filing of all financial reports, statements, statistics and other data that is required of the company, by regulatory and taxing agencies and by the Office of Insurance Regulation.

Mr. Joe Graganella has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently serves as the Director of Claims for Capitol Preferred Insurance Company, Southern Fidelity insurance Company and Southern Fidelity Property and Casualty. Prior to his promotion in 2009, Joe spent eight years as their Assistant Claims Manager helping to lead the companies through the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons in Florida and the 2008 and 2012 hurricane seasons in Louisiana. He has extensive experience with policy forms and procedures and also serves as the companies’ leader for catastrophe management, planning and preparation. Mr. Graganella has a Bachelor of Social Science from Florida State University with an emphasis in Sociology, Economics and a minor in Psychology. He currently holds an adjuster’s license in the states of Florida, South Carolina and Louisiana.

Ms. Graham has been with PMA since February 2000. She started as an Underwriter, and moved into Claims in July of 2003. Lori was a Claims Examiner through the unprecedented 2004-2005 hurricane seasons in Florida, and lived to tell the tales. Since moving back into Underwriting, she is still utilized to assist the Claims Department in the event of catastrophic claims events. Because she has worked in both the Claims and Underwriting Departments, and has traveled with company Marketing Representatives to visit agents in the field, she brings a unique skillset to her position as the Underwriting Manager; she is able to assess risks from different perspectives, and strives to find workable solutions for agents and insureds. Ms. Graham holds an AA in Liberal Arts from Florida State University, a General Lines Agent licenses in Florida and Louisiana, a Company Adjuster’s license in Florida and API & AINS designations from the Insurance Institute of America.

Mrs. Garcia has 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started as a Customer Service Representative and moved to management in 2005. As Customer Service Manager, she acts as a liaison between customers and Capitol Preferred Insurance Co, Southern Fidelity Insurance Co & Southern Fidelity Property & Casualty Co making sure that the lines of communications remain open. Sandra is dedicated to delivering a level of excellence in customer service and satisfaction unparalleled in the business world. Sandra currently holds General Lines Agent licenses in Florida, Louisiana and South Carolina.
